• Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a diverse team, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading a diverse, high-performing marketing team and executing complex campaigns.
• Strong ability to manage and hold a team accountable, while fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creative skills.
