General Manager Marketing

As the Marketing Head at our company, your role will involve leading the marketing function, driving growth, and building brand equity. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires frequent pan-India travel, especially for those with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, social, and traditional channels - Oversee and evaluate the performance of marketing agencies and vendors - Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility - Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor engagements effectively - Collaborate with Sales and senior management for aligned marketing efforts - Track and report on marketing KPIs and progress toward goals - Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and promotions; agency/vendor management experience is a plus - Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field - Sector Preference: Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing is desirable - Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical mindset If you have a proven track record of leading marketing initiatives that delivered results, we would love to hear from you.
