Located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, this role offers a competitive salary and the chance to make a significant impact in the aviation industry. **Role Overview:** You will serve as the General Manager in the Aviation Business division, where you will spearhead efforts to enhance passenger airline connectivity, establish strategic airline partnerships, and position the airport as the premier aviation hub in South India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive strategic positioning and route development plans to meet aviation revenue targets. - Cultivate partnerships with domestic and international airlines to create hub and spoke models. - Lead incentive programs, conduct market research, and drive network expansion initiatives. - Collaborate with MoCA, GoK, and trade bodies to shape aviation policy and bilateral negotiations. - Establish and nurture a high-performing business development team while mentoring future leaders. **Qualifications Required:** - Mandatory 10-14 years of relevant experience in airline strategy, network planning, or aviation business development. - Preferably hold a management degree in aviation or a related field. - Possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with route development tools like MIDT. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Show a track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
