Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive succession planning strategies to identify and nurture internal talent. This includes collaborating with department heads to assess current and future talent needs and designing programs to identify high-potential employees. You will create tailored development plans for their career growth and ensure a robust leadership pipeline by grooming successors for key positions. Additionally, you will conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning meetings to drive organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with department leaders to assess organizational needs and implement targeted interventions. - Develop and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and promote professional development. - Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and evolution. - Design and implement programs to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture. - Work closely with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement surveys. - Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address areas of improvement. - Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction. - Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. - Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related field. - Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and organizational development practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs that positively impact employee engagement and performance.
