Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team at the JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in managing luxury hotels and resorts.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing high-end hotels or resorts, preferably with a focus on luxury service delivery.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including property management software and revenue management tools.
Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety standards.
