Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, Human Resources, located in Kochi. The General Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will also drive HR initiatives to support organizational objectives and lead the HR department in achieving its goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Proficiency in Human Resource Development Excellent Employee Relations management skills Outstanding leadership and people management skills In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred Experience in human resource consultancy is a plus Show more Show less
