Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, Human Resources, located in Kochi. The General Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will also drive HR initiatives to support organizational objectives and lead the HR department in achieving its goals.
