Locations: MUMBAI, NAHUR

Department: Information Technology

Total Work Experience: 15+

Education: Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.


Duties and responsibilities :-


1. IT Strategy:

  • Define and implement the IT applications strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of CRM and Financial applications, ensuring scalability
  • and efficiency.
  • Researching out of the box features of existing CRM and Financial Applications and implementing
  • the same
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all IT applications.

2. Application Development and Management:

  • CRM:
  • Design robust lead management, customer service, Geo Tagging, custom Dashboards and
  • Integrations in CRM application
  • Collaborate with Internal IT stakeholders and External Vendors to integrate services using
  • peripheral application APIs for real-time sync, data retrieval and analysis.
  • Manage and oversee the development, and deployment of CRM applications change requests,
  • upgrades, and existing integrations.
  • Periodic reporting of operational issues to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage application support and ensure seamless BAU
  • Finance
  • Accounting tool and contract management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data within applications, oversee data cleansing,
  • and support the creation of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze current financial processes and identify areas where application features can improve
  • efficiency, accuracy, and automation
  • Collaborate with Internal IT stakeholders and External Vendors to integrate services using
  • peripheral application APIs for real-time sync, data retrieval and analysis

3. Team and Vendor Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Application Managers and developers.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners for technology solutions and services.
  • Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of IT projects.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.


Specialized skills and competencies :-


  • 12-15+ years of experience in IT applications management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Expertise in application development, project management, and digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Financial applications for insurance domain and regulatory requirements.
  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
