General Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects across industrial and residential developments. Drive strategic planning, team leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

  Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of civil projects. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Team Management:

  Recruit, mentor, and manage engineers and project staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

• Client Relations:

  Serve as primary liaison with clients. Ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

• Financial Oversight:

  Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

• Strategic Development:

  Identify growth opportunities, lead business development initiatives, and align operations with organizational goals.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure regulatory compliance, enforce safety protocols, and conduct site audits to mitigate risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years in civil project management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong command of engineering principles, construction standards, and regulatory codes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and financial acumen
• PE license or equivalent certification preferred
