Role Overview The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of Remson Rail Systems, ensuring operational efficiency, business growth, and financial discipline. The role includes leadership across production, sales, commercial operations, and payment recovery, with a strong focus on market expansion and customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Business & Operational Leadership Drive expansion of REMSON Rail Systems INC, across emerging markets and new segments. Lead business operations with accountability for profitability, growth, and strategic outcomes. Oversee production, quality control, supply chain, and project execution to ensure timely delivery. Strengthen interdepartmental coordination across design, manufacturing, procurement, and sales. Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and internal policies. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team development. Represent the company in high-level client interactions, trade forums, and industry events. Sales, Commercial & Payment Recovery Drive sales performance and develop strategic customer relationships and key accounts. Establish robust systems for timely collection of outstanding payments. Monitor receivables, credit exposure, and ageing reports on weekly/monthly basis. Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for follow-ups and overdue recovery. Resolve commercial disputes and pending issues to ensure smooth payment closure. Implement strong credit control policies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding risk.
