Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. is the flagship electronics manufacturing venture of SCIC Ventures, dedicated to building India’s next-generation PCBA and BLDC motor platforms. Located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, Kryon combines world-class SMT and assembly lines with deep partnerships across East Asia and India. The company is driving large-scale production of AC controllers, remotes, motor controllers, and consumer appliance PCBAs while also localizing BLDC motor manufacturing for HVAC applications. Kryon’s mission is to establish itself as a design-driven ESDM leader, anchoring the vendor ecosystem for India’s consumer electronics supply chain.

Role Summary:

The GM–Accounts will establish the accounting backbone of Kryon's manufacturing, procurement, and project activities. The role requires strong systems implementation, audit control, and MIS reporting discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end accounting for both manufacturing verticals—maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and transaction-level accuracy

2. Oversee inter-unit accounting between Sri City and Hyderabad units; ensure proper fund allocation, internal control mapping, and periodic reconciliation

3. Implement and manage Zoho Books/SAP-based digital accounting systems to automate invoicing, purchase mapping, and expense tracking

4. Ensure full statutory compliance including timely GST filings, TDS deductions, PT, PF, ESI contributions, income tax filings, and annual ROC submissions

5. Prepare and review monthly financial statements—P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—against budgetary plans and business unit forecasts

6. Liaise with external auditors (statutory and internal) for audit preparation, documentation, and closure of audit queries

7. Lead financial documentation for investor due diligence, government subsidies, PLI audits, and banking proposals (term loans/working capital)

8. Monitor inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and WIP accounting in coordination with stores and production teams

9. Develop cost center accounting and report plant-level profitability, overhead absorption, and margin variance analysis

10. Maintain financial discipline through budgeting controls, payment workflows, DoA enforcement, and monthly MIS reporting to management

Qualifications:

CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance with 10+ years experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience in electronics or project-based accounting
