Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. is the flagship electronics manufacturing venture of SCIC Ventures, dedicated to building India’s next-generation PCBA and BLDC motor platforms. Located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, Kryon combines world-class SMT and assembly lines with deep partnerships across East Asia and India. The company is driving large-scale production of AC controllers, remotes, motor controllers, and consumer appliance PCBAs while also localizing BLDC motor manufacturing for HVAC applications. Kryon’s mission is to establish itself as a design-driven ESDM leader, anchoring the vendor ecosystem for India’s consumer electronics supply chain.

Objective:

Build EMS/PCBA business by acquiring high-margin, high-volume product partnerships with design/IP companies and OEMs in India and East Asia (China, Korea, Japan).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-margin product categories (e.g., mobile controllers, AC controllers, EV motor controllers, IoT devices, networking equipment, remotes).

• Scout and engage design/IP companies in East Asia and India with proven product portfolios.

• Develop and pitch partnership models – EMS contracts, JV structures, royalty/revenue sharing.

• Lead commercial negotiations: pricing, margins, exclusivity, and offtake commitments.

• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to NPI and Sales for execution and scale-up.

• Represent company at industry forums, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years in BD/Account Management in EMS, PCBA, or consumer electronics.

• Strong understanding of EMS cost structures and margins.

• Solid network in East Asia/India electronics ecosystem.

• Proven ability to negotiate and close partnerships independently.

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven personality.
