NPI Lead (EMS/PCBA)

As an NPI Lead at Kryon Technology, your primary responsibility is to own the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle and manage the transfer of new products from design partners into mass production. This involves ensuring quality, compliance, and readiness for scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the end-to-end NPI process, including design transfer, prototyping, validation, approvals, and volume production. - Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews with design partners to guarantee cost-effective, reliable, and scalable production. - Coordinate product approvals and certifications such as BIS, WPC, EMI/EMC, and safety standards. - Collaborate with the Business Development team during negotiations to align on costing, margins, and feasibility. - Define and oversee testing and QA requirements, including ICT, functional testing, and burn-in. - Ensure a successful handover of new products to operations and sales teams. **Qualifications:** - 8-12 years of experience in NPI/Program Management within EMS/PCBA. - Strong technical knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT, testing, and regulatory compliance. - Experience in managing product approvals for consumer electronics or automotive electronics. - Ability to collaborate effectively with East Asian design houses and Indian operations teams. - Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills.
