Your primary duty will involve fabricating custom name plates, name boards, neon lighting boards, and signage products with precision to ensure high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Operating CNC router machines to cut, carve, and engrave designs on various signage materials. - Reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and customer specifications. - Loading materials and setting machine parameters according to job requirements. - Performing machine setup, including tool changes and zero-point settings. - Monitoring machine operations to ensure accurate and efficient production. - Inspecting finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. - Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting basic issues. - Collaborating with design and production teams for custom signage requirements. - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. - Recording production data and maintaining job logs.
