Job Title: Global Accounting – General Ledger Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Ledger (GL) Executive to support global accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in fixed assets accounting, depreciation, accruals, and month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage General Ledger accounts for global entities
• Handle Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and asset tagging
• Calculate and post monthly depreciation as per accounting policies
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile GL balances, fixed asset registers, and depreciation schedules
• Support audit requirements (internal and external) related to GL and fixed assets
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP / company accounting policies
• Coordinate with AP, AR, and intercompany teams for accurate postings
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3.5+ years of experience in General Ledger / Global Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets & Depreciation accounting
• Experience in accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics)
• Good understanding of month-end close processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a shared services / global accounting environment
• Exposure to IFRS or US GAAP
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹283,213.42 - ₹739,400.34 per year
