Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive work environment and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans

Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely feedback and development plans
  • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and succession planning
  • Implement reward and recognition programs aligned with company objectives

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance skills and competencies
  • Support leadership development initiatives to build managerial capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and certifications

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs
  • Benchmark compensation packages to ensure market competitiveness
  • Manage employee leave, attendance, and related HR operations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in garment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
