Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proven experience (510 years) in Compensation & Benefits, with in a leadership or specialist role.
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay),and salary benchmarking tools.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing variable pay, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
Solid understanding of labour laws, tax implications, and statutory requirements related to C&B in India.
Advanced Excel and data modelling skills; comfort with HRMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to generate insights and drive decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or food & dairy industry.
Exposure to international or multi-location C&B practices.
Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar.

Experience in change management and driving compensation philosophy alignment across a growing organization
