Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Proven experience (510 years) in Compensation & Benefits, with in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay),and salary benchmarking tools.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing variable pay, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, tax implications, and statutory requirements related to C&B in India.
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills; comfort with HRMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to generate insights and drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or food & dairy industry.
  • Exposure to international or multi-location C&B practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar.

Experience in change management and driving compensation philosophy alignment across a growing organization
