Job Description

Candidate Roles:

Essential for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning internal resources to achieve client goals.
The capacity to address issues, manage risks, and find effective solutions to client and project challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibility:

Design and implement comprehensive strategies and programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale
To have regular skip level meets with teams & Observations to be shared with senior stakeholders. Keep MOM updated and shared.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Monitor BQ progress across teams and assist with PIP initiations. Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Connects with BHR for progress and Regular connects with attrition cases and attrition analysis.
Collaboration with Delivery, TAG & RMG to track progress on closing open positions, collaborate with Site Leader & Delivery to handle disciplinary proceedings.
During Senior delegates from client visit. To be in a position to showcase hiring strategy, Attrition, Diversity, Retention initiatives.
Collaboration with TD team to bring in relevant interventions to improve mid-level leadership competencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree Several years of experience in HR engagement role.
Candidate should be flexible working in shifts.
