Garment Production Manager

1. Garment Production (Stock & Order-Based)

• Plan and execute garment production schedules for ready stock and order-based production.
• Ensure production targets are met as per daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Coordinate cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor workflow to avoid delays, bottlenecks, and idle time.
• Ensure adherence to approved samples, specifications, and production sheets.

2. Raw Material Planning & Production

• Plan and monitor raw material usage (fabric, accessories, trims, labels, packing materials).
• Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.
• Oversee in-house or outsourced raw material production (fabric processing, dyeing, printing, etc., if applicable).
• Control fabric wastage and optimize material consumption.
• Maintain raw material issue and return records.

3. Stock Maintenance & Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate finished goods stock, work-in-progress (WIP), and raw material inventory.
• Ensure proper stock entries for production inwards and outward dispatches.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Prevent over-production, under-production, and stock mismatches.
• Ensure FIFO practices in material and garment movement.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure garments meet quality standards at every stage of production.
• Implement inline and final quality checks.
• Reduce rework, rejection, and alteration rates.
• Ensure compliance with company quality norms, safety standards, and buyer requirements.

5. Manpower & Floor Management

• Allocate operators and helpers according to production plans.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and attendance.
• Train supervisors and line leaders for improved output.
• Maintain discipline and smooth factory floor operations.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with merchandising, sales, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Provide daily and weekly production and stock reports to management.
• Update management on order status, delays, or material shortages.
• Support audits and internal inspections when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
