Garment Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Indian from Kenya free Trade zone.
• Having Experience of stitching bottom weight,i.e cargo pant,safari suits.
• knows heavy fabric stiching
  
• Oversee garment manufacturing processes from planning to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate sampling and efficient use of resources.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control systems, and optimize material utilization.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fabric sourcing, stitching techniques, and finishing treatments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in apparel production management or a related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Textile or relevant discipline (preferably).
  
• Strong knowledge of garment export regulations and procedures; familiarity with international markets an asset.
