Garment Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of Garment Production Manager in Bhatia International Ltd., located in the Medical Devices & Equipment industry.

• Manage and oversee garment production processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Develop and implement efficient production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to meet production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Supervise and train production staff to enhance productivity and performance.

• Proven experience in garment production management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with medical devices and equipment is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are desirable.
