Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves designing visually compelling assets and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

• Develop high-quality visual content including social media creatives, web banners, brochures, presentations, emailers, infographics, and packaging.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Create and manage visual assets for ad campaigns and product launches.
• Work with vendors and printers when needed for offline assets.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize social media channels and content calendars.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Perform keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies.
• Handle email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, etc.
