About the Job

Fund Manager

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and monitor
portfolio strategies
across AIF / PMS mandates.
Conduct
performance attribution, risk analysis, and portfolio rebalancing
in line with investment philosophy.
Collaborate closely with
research, compliance, and risk teams
for data-driven decisions.
Deliver
quarterly performance reports, alpha rationale, and investor presentations
.
Ensure full compliance with
SEBI AIF & PMS regulations
and internal risk frameworks.
Engage with clients and channel partners on portfolio performance and fund updates.

Ideal Candidate

15–20 years of experience in
Portfolio Management / Equity Fund Management / AIF-PMS setups
.
Deep understanding of
listed equities, valuation methodologies, and alpha generation strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
Bloomberg, Excel analytics, or portfolio attribution tools
.
Strong grasp of
SEBI compliance, risk management, and fund documentation
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with HNI/UHNI and institutional clients.
