Job Description

Position Overview

The Fundraising Manager will lead the company’s capital-raising initiatives, targeting venture capital firms, High network Individuals, family offices, and institutional partners. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by securing strategic investment leads, arranging and coordinating meetings and managing long-term funding relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the startup and venture ecosystem, with proven experience in investor outreach, assisting deal structuring negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution

Identify, connect, and engage with potential investors, venture capitalists High network Individuals, family offices, and institutional partners

Coordinate end-to-end fundraising processes — from prospecting, pitching, negotiations, to closure.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare due diligence documents

2. Investor Outreach & Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with key investors, funds, and ecosystem enablers.

Coordinate investor presentations, one-on-one meetings, and networking sessions.

Maintain consistent communication with investors, sharing performance updates and milestones.

Act as the second level liaison between the company and investment community.

3. Ecosystem Engagement & Partnerships

Coordinate to Represent the company at startup summits, investor forums, and pitch events.

Leverage government and institutional startup programs for funding and partnership opportunities.

Build relationships with funding platforms.

4. Research & Market Intelligence

Continuously monitor funding trends, sector dynamics, and investor sentiment.

Maintain a live investor database and fundraising tracker.

Provide periodic reports to management on fundraising status and market updates.

Qualifications

Education: MBA or Master’s in Finance, Strategy, or Business Management preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital.

Proven track record of closing funding rounds for startups or early-stage ventures.

Experience in managing investor networks or working with startup ecosystems (accelerators, angel groups, VC funds).

Skills:

Excellent networking, communication, and storytelling ability.

Proficiency in preparing investor materials and pitch documents.

Negotiation and relationship management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
