Job Description

Location: Villupuram, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in HR or related functions Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – HR Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Coordinate interviews and follow-up processes Handle new employee onboarding and induction formalities Attendance & Leave Management Maintain and update attendance records Track employee leaves and ensure proper documentation Payroll Assistance Share monthly attendance data with payroll for salary processing Handle queries related to salary slips, tax deductions, etc. Employee Engagement Support in organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations Assist in grievance handling and provide first-level resolution Compliance & Documentation Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation Support in statutory compliance like ESI, PF documentation HRMIS & Reports Update HR databases and generate regular HR reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, or related field). MBA or PG Diploma in HR is an advantage. Key Skills: Basic understanding of HR functions Good communication & interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
