Position: Functional Consultant Location: Manesar, Haryana Job Type: Full-time (On-site). Company Website : https://diracerp.com Role Description: Analyze and understand clients' business processes to recommend effective ERP solutions. Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users. Develop documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and training materials. Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system improvement and optimization. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who have completed their B.com/BCA/MCA/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science Looking for Freshers or Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience candidates in ERP implementations, preferably Odoo. Desired Skills: Basic understanding of business processes like Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or CRM. Excellent business process analysis and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn ERP systems and business process automation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients. Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision & manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
