Functional Consultant

As a SAP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SAP projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation experience - Demonstrating knowledge on ESS/MSS, HRSP, and SAP Time Module - Configuring SAP HCM, developing schemas, and writing PCRs - Creating and defining custom operations and rules - Handling Yearend activities and support packs implementation - Managing compliance reporting for multiple countries - Collaborating with Business Analyst and clients to identify requirements and design enhancements - Providing functional process ownership of multiple business process areas - Organizing problem-solving discussions with clients, internal teams, and project managers - Performing configuration work to support new and existing functionality - Conducting Configuration reviews and serving as a resident team expert for all configuration issues - Functioning as a functional integration owner for multiple process areas - Preparing functionality specifications and delivering them to ABAP developers - Developing high-quality solutions based on Functional Design Documents - Reviewing developers" Technical Design Documents and unit test plans - Supporting developers and ensuring project requirements are met - Conducting code reviews of team members" solutions - Collaborating with ABAP developers and QA team for new functionality and enhancements - Performing integration testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected - Ensuring knowledge transfer to functional analysts - Coaching and mentoring Junior SAP Functional Analysts - Providing oversight to various SAP projects and assessing their impact - Utilizing ASAP methodology and following implementation protocols - Analyzing current business processes and making recommendations - Developing SAP solutions from Blueprinting to Production Support - Assisting in the preparation of system enhancements and technical specifications - Leading local and regional SAP module review sessions, requirement gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline and three years of relevant experience.
