Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with a strong background in configuring, customizing, and supporting the Materials Management module in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and integration with other key SAP modules. Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP MM Configuration & Customization - Configure and support procurement processes: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and scheduling agreements. - Set up inventory management including movement types, stock transfers, physical inventory, and special stocks. - Customize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to align with business needs. - Configure invoice verification processes and integrations with FI. 2. Master Data Management : - Maintain and manage MM master data such as : - Material Master - Vendor Master - Bill of Materials (BOMs) - Info Records and Source Lists 3. Cross-Module Integration : - Ensure seamless integration of MM with other SAP modules: - SD (Sales and Distribution) - FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) - PP (Production Planning) - QM (Quality Management) - EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) 4. Technical Documentation & Testing : - Prepare Blueprints, Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Materials. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training. 5. Output & Account Determination : - Configure output determination for purchase orders and other purchasing documents. - Define account determination for automatic postings. - Implement and maintain release strategies for PRs and POs. Technical Experience : - Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP implementation (preferably on S/4HANA). - Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM). - Experience in RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms. - Proficiency with LSMW, IDOC/ALE, and EDI integrations. - Deep understanding of end-to-end MM processes, including: - Goods Receipt / Goods Issue (GR/GI) - Subcontracting, Consignment Stock, Third-Party Procurement - Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) - Familiarity with barcode scanning integration and external system interfaces. Soft Skills & Competencies : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. - Proactive, self-driven, and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP MM Certification (optional but preferred). - Exposure to Agile methodology and JIRA. - Experience with S/4HANA Migration or Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle. Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans. Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team.Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems. The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions. As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel. Generic Managerial Skills:- Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.
