The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to own what they build. You'll be joining our founding engineering team to design, develop, and ship the core platform that enterprises will use to optimize their entire data infrastructure.

You'll be building from scratch - architecting systems, making technology decisions, and seeing your code deployed to production with real enterprise customers. If you want to move fast, break things and have direct impact on a product that's changing how enterprises globally manage their data infra, this is your role.

What You'll Build

Platform & Frontend

• Customer-facing dashboard using React - the command center where CXOs see their infrastructure intelligence
• Responsive, high-performance interfaces that handle real-time data visualization
• Reusable component libraries that scale with our product

Backend & APIs

• RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot
• Integration layers connecting to AWS, Azure, GCP, and enterprise systems
• Authentication, authorization, and security implementations for enterprise-grade deployments
• High-availability systems that enterprises can trust with their critical infrastructure data

Data & Infrastructure

• Database design, query optimization, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Data pipelines that process infrastructure metrics at scale
• CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation

Who You Are

Must Have

• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience building and shipping products

• Engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent)

• Strong proficiency in React and React Native, including state management (Redux/MobX/Recoil)

• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservice architecture

• Good understanding of SQL, relational database design, and query optimisation (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• You ship code. You don't just write it - you own it end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Familiarity with caching (Redis), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or GraphQL
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Detox, Cypress)
• Exposure to observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Previous startup experience or side projects that show initiative
