Scope of Work:

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate team operations, meetings, and project management support
• Outreach to all current and potential stakeholders
• Help with internal communications and culture-building initiatives
• Support employee documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee relations activities
• Handle the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with operations tools, HR platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Understanding of business operations and employment documentation
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a startup environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
