Job Description

We’re looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to join our tech team, with strong experience across

both backend and frontend development

. You’ll build scalable backend services and user-facing web applications. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy owning features end-to-end in an agile, product-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and secure backend code using Node.js.
Build and integrate backend services and microservices with proper error handling.
Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and business logic.
Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Frontend Development

Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
Work closely with designers to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.
Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.

Database Management

Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, and MongoDB.
Write and optimize queries, indexes, and data models.
Ensure data integrity and performance in collaboration with backend services.

Collaboration & Production Support

Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features smoothly.
Support deployments and production releases in coordination with the DevOps team.
Troubleshoot application-level production issues and participate in root cause analysis.
Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
Solid experience with React for frontend development.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) from an application perspective.
Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and security fundamentals.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience with microservices-based systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Prior experience working on SaaS platforms or loyalty management systems.
