Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer (Python and JS mandatory)

Job Location: Chandigar, Work From Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: Day Shift, Mon-Fri (10-7)

Experience Required: 3 – 3.5 years of hands-on full stack development experience

Salary Package: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month
(Final salary depends on skills, experience, and interview performance)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Build and consume REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Design, manage, and optimise PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React JS and Next JS.
• Implement UI designs shared via Figma.
• Develop admin panels, dashboards, and user-facing web applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.

Mobile App Support

• Contribute to mobile application development using React Native.
• Integrate backend APIs into mobile applications.

Application & Panel Development

• Build and maintain:
• Admin panels
• User dashboards
• Internal tools
• Customer-facing web and mobile applications
• Integrate third-party services such as payments, communication, and analytics.
• Assist in implementing real-time features like chat, notifications, or video (where required).

Code Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend/backend developers, and AI engineers.
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve existing features.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong experience can substitute for formal education

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Python & Django
• REST API development
• React JS / Next JS
• PostgreSQL
• Git / Version Control
• Basic authentication & authorisation concepts

Good-to-Have Skills:

• React Native
• Real-time integrations (chat, video, notifications)
• Cloud basics (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD understanding
• Basic exposure to AI/ML integrations
