Our goal is to transform the EMS landscape with innovative, reliable, and efficient software solutions.We are looking for an experienced

Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

ReactJS and Django

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, responsive web applications and services, with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles.

Responsibilities

End-to-end development across frontend, business logic, and data layers.
Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Build and consume RESTful APIs.
Debug and resolve technical issues ensuring performance and reliability.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

Frontend (React.js): Components, hooks, state management, lifecycle methods.
Backend (Django/DRF): MVT architecture, REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), Celery.
Database (PostgreSQL): Schema design, SQL queries, indexing.
General Skills:

Deployment using Docker/Kubernetes
AWS cloud experience
CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Strong OOP concepts and design patterns
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
Event-driven architecture familiarity

Experience:

3+ years in software development (Agile, team-based environment)
1+ years in building responsive web applications

Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
