Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our core development team. You will play an important role in the architecture and development of our custom POS, Reservations, e-Commerce, ERP systems as well as Data Warehouse/Lake. With a focus on modular design, integration, and process optimization, the ideal candidates should possess deep backend experience, strong business logic acumen, and thrive in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

.Lead the development of front-end/middle-end/back-end modules for relevant systems.

.Design and optimize workflows for inventory, CRM, POS, WMS, finance, and reporting modules.

.Integrate internal and external services via APIs (e.g., marketplaces, payment gateways).

.Write well-documented, testable, and scalable code using Agile best practices.

.Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.

.Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in sprint planning and backlog grooming.

.Contribute to technical discussions and propose solutions for scalability and maintainability.

.Provide high-level and low-level technical design documents, database schema plans, and integration diagrams.

.Lead infrastructure planning, setup, and deployment on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers, etc.).

.Ensure system developed are scalable, highly available, and resilient to failure.

.Define integration strategies across internal ERP, data pipelines, third-party services, and analytics tools.

Requirements

.6+ years of software development experience.

.Strong coding background in Python, PHP, including custom-built systems.

.Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL, Git, Docker, AWS, and Linux environments.

.Proven experience setting up AWS infrastructure for scalable applications.

.Understanding of data pipelines, ETL flows, and warehouse models.

.Strong understanding of retail business processes and ERP logic.

.Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

.Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and team collaboration.

.Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

.Able to work in fast-paced environment with can-do attitude
