Job Role: Fullstack Developer Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience Location: PAN India, remote Budget: 6-10 LPA maximum *Notice Period: Candidates who are immediate joiners or with maximum 30 days' notice period will be considered. Mandatory requirements: Mobile app build experience both on android and iOS Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Backend Platform Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role requires strong proficiency in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), version control systems (Git, GitHub), and modern developer tools (GitHub Copilot). You will be working in a collaborative environment, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of backend services that power mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: - Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using modern technologies and frameworks like Node.JS . - Frontend Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure frontend systems using React.JS, Next.JS, Tailwind. - Cloud Infrastructure : Leverage AWS and Azure for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling of backend services. - Code Versioning and Collaboration : Work with version control tools (Git, GitHub) to manage code repositories, handle pull requests and ensure high-quality code standards. - Automation and CI/CD : Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and deployment using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other relevant tools. - Microservices Architecture : Design and implement microservices-based architectures to ensure high scalability and maintainability. - Security & Compliance : Implement secure coding practices, integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Performance Optimization : Profile and optimize the performance of backend systems, focusing on low latency, high throughput, and reliability. - Collaboration and Mentorship : Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams, and mentor junior developers to elevate the teamâs capabilities. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in cloud computing, backend development, and DevOps. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a backend developer or platform engineer. - Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure services for infrastructure management, deployments, and scaling. - Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C. - Version Control : Solid experience with Git and GitHub , including code reviews, branching strategies, and collaboration workflows. - Cloud Native : Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Docker , Kubernetes, and serverless architectures. - GitHub Copilot : Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools to improve coding productivity. - CI/CD : Proven experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating software deployments. - Database Management: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and database optimization techniques. - API Design : Experience with designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs. - Security : Understanding of security practices such as encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). - Agile Methodology : Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Serverless architecture and tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). - Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code. - Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Helm). - Understanding of GraphQL and event-driven architectures. - Experience in building highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
