Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review the external development agency's progress, ensuring milestones are achieved and technical quality is maintained. Provide technical guidance and support during the mobile app development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned with overall company objectives. Ensure seamless handover of the complete scope post completion from the external development agency. Provide hands-on technical support, especially in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in mobile application development. Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar). Strong experience with mobile app development frameworks, particularly Flutter. Expertise in database management (SQL and NoSQL databases). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing or collaborating with external development teams. Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
