REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Essential:

• Very strong frontend and backend development

• Node.js

  - 2+ years of production experience building scalable backend systems

• React.js

  - Expert-level proficiency with hooks, context, and modern patterns

• Next.js

  - Strong experience with SSR, API routes, and optimization

• AWS

  - Hands-on experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront

• Database Design

  - PostgreSQL schema design and optimization

• RESTful APIs

  - Design and implementation of robust API architectures

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Development (70%)

• Build and optimize core platform features
• Implement AI-powered video interview analysis system
• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces
• Create robust APIs for mobile and web applications
• Ensure platform scalability and performance

Collaboration (20%)

• Work directly with founders on product strategy
• Participate in technical architecture decisions
• Code reviews and technical documentation

Ownership (10%)

• Take end-to-end ownership of features
• Proactively identify and solve technical challenges
• Contribute to product roadmap and technical strategy
