Full Stack Developer (MERN)

• Backend (70%)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable

  backend services and APIs

  using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/MySQL.
• Architect and implement

  low-latency, high-availability, and performant server-side applications

  .
• Build and optimize

  database schemas, queries, and transactions

  for efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and real-time communication (WebSocket/REST APIs).
• Ensure

  robust authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth), and data security

  across applications.
• Participate in

  code reviews, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline improvements

  .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize server-side performance and reliability.

• Frontend (30%)

• Contribute to frontend development using

  React.js

  and related state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Ensure

  technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

  and seamless integration with backend services.
• Optimize React components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to ship

  user-friendly features

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with

  emerging technologies and best practices

  in full-stack development.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. 

- At least 5 years of full-time experience working with the MERN stack. 

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. 

- Experience with front-end development using React.js, including state management libraries like Redux. 

- Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js for server-side development. 

- Experience working with MongoDB/MySql and designing NoSQL/SQL databases. 

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket. 

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT). 

- Experience with version control systems such as Git. 

- Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. 

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies. 

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization. 

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. 

- Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js is a plus.
