As we continue to expand our digital capabilities, we’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress-powered websites that are fast, functional, and conversion-focused.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our agency and clients. The role demands strong front-end and back-end expertise, with the ability to deliver seamless user experiences, scalable architectures, and clean code aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, integrations).
• Work across the full development stack – from front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular preferred) to back-end (PHP, MySQL, APIs).
• Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, marketing automation platforms, APIs).
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and security standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong focus on WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Bonus: Experience with React, Next.js, or other modern JS frameworks.
