Role Overview:

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  frontend and backend systems

  using

  React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB (MERN Stack)

  .
• Build and customize

  WordPress

  websites with strong attention to design alignment.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and high-performing digital products.
• Integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure data security and performance.
• Work collaboratively with designers and strategists to deliver creative tech solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing systems.
• Stay updated with

  modern frameworks, AI tools, and web technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a

  Full Stack Developer

  .
• Strong command over

  JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB

  .
• Proficiency in

  WordPress

  development (themes, plugins, backend integration).
• Knowledge of

  REST APIs, version control (Git), and responsive design principles

  .
• Creative mindset and ability to work in a

  fast-paced, design-driven environment

  .
• Good communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with

  Next.js
