Job Description: You are a skilled and confident Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask) and ReactJS. As an individual contributor, you will take ownership of end-to-end development tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver robust, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend). - Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment. - Work across the full software development life cycle from requirements to deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security best practices. - Take initiative and drive technical solutions independently. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Solid experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Good understanding of REST APIs and web services. - Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Ability to independently take features from concept to production. Nice to Have: - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or any DevOps tools. - Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
