Role Overview

Full-Stack App Developer

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Design, build, and maintain web and mobile apps for hospitals, gyms, and B2C users.
• Develop dashboards for hospital leadership (patient flow, billing, HR, diagnostics, inventory).
• Build gym management modules (attendance, workout schedules, nutrition, corporate wellness).
• Create B2C wellness apps (daily check-ins, structured programs, progress tracking).
  

Integration & APIs

• Integrate with existing hospital systems (EMR, billing, HR, diagnostics).
• Build APIs to unify multi-vendor platforms into a single operational flow.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and real-time data flow between modules.
  

Technical Execution

• Work across the full stack: frontend, backend, database, cloud deployment.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Implement data protection and HIPAA-compliant practices.
  

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with consultants, hospital teams, and fitness experts to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Prototype new features rapidly and refine based on feedback.
• Stay updated with healthcare IT trends, APIs, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React / React Native, and Node.js.
• Strong experience in backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• API design & integration (REST / GraphQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare IT / hospital systems (EMR, EHR, HIS, HL7, FHIR).
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, HIPAA/GDPR standards.
• Understanding of mobile-first UI/UX for healthcare & wellness apps.
• Exposure to IoT integration (wearables, smart devices in gyms/hospitals).
  

General

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience (healthcare domain preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
