To power this vision, we’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks to join our task force. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining design system integrity, delivering high-quality, scalable user experiences, and shaping the interface through which businesses leverage our AI-driven marketing solutions. You will: Own and Execute: Drive product roadmap execution independently, bringing innovation and ownership to frontend architecture and design. Lead Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks. Unify UI: Collaborate with engineers and product teams to align all applications with our shared design system. Code Quality: Develop and maintain robust, clean, and scalable frontend codebases using modern technologies. Mentorship & Reviews: Lead frontend efforts, mentor peers, and actively contribute to code reviews and technical discussions. Skills Required: Frontend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in building frontend systems using React, Redux, Webpack and Next.js. Architecture & Scale: Hands-on experience architecting large-scale frontend applications. CI/CD & DevOps: Strong understanding and implementation experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows in frontend development. AWS Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of integrating AWS services with frontend applications. CSS & Design Systems: Skilled in styling with CSS and CSS-in-JS (e.g., Emotion.js) and ensuring UI consistency through design systems. Testing: Experience with E2E testing tools like Cypress or Playwright; exposure to visual regression testing (VRT) is a plus. Component Migration: Familiarity with automated migration tooling like JSCodeshift and the ability to interpret migration guides.
