Frontend Developer

The Production Engineer (PE) plays a critical role in managing the content pipeline, which includes coding, content storage, localization quality assurance, and timely deployment of email and SMS templates. This role requires close collaboration with product engineering, integration of content design processes, metadata management, and a commitment to detail-oriented quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation and tools to enable product and engineering teams to rapidly create, localize, publish, and test live notifications globally and at scale.
• Streamline the notifications publishing process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Fulfill a high volume of requests from various product teams and adjacent services requiring system notifications.
• Act as the final checkpoint before notifications go live, ensuring templates function correctly and localization files are properly configured.
• Monitor support channels to debug live issues, communicate with stakeholders, and implement rapid bug fixes.
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering to improve content storage and publishing processes.
• Prototype and test new and existing React components used in notification templates.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on layout, interaction, and design vision for notifications.
• Uphold content standards including voice and tone, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Summary:

• Experience with application development and DevOps
• Proficiency in Jira, GitHub, JSON, Figma, GitHub CLI
• Knowledge of React or other JavaScript frameworks
• Ability to automate processes using APIs
