Role Overview We’re looking for a Network & Systems Engineer with strong technical expertise in networking and Linux systems. In this role, you’ll ensure infrastructure reliability, manage complex data center environments, and support mission-critical operations across our global network. Key Responsibilities Lead and resolve critical network incidents Plan, execute, and maintain data center installations and upgrades Provide expert-level technical support for customer networking issues Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge repositories Requirements 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data center or ISP environments Strong understanding of networking protocols and routing (BGP, OSPF, etc.) Proficient in managing and configuring network hardware (routers, switches, servers) Expert-level Linux system administration and shell scripting skills Excellent communication—clear, concise, and confident in both technical and non-technical settings Preferred Qualifications Practical experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure Familiarity with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS, COS) Strong problem-solving approach with a customer-first mindset
