Frontend Developer

About the Role

As a UI Developer, you’ll work across modern frontend frameworks and scalable Python microservices, and collaborate with architect to co-create intelligent, high-performing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our product, design, architects, development lead, and UX teams to create amazing and intuitive UI experiences
• Build customizable, reusable, accessible cross-platform, and dynamic frontend components using React JS, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS/Express JS, Next JS, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Document and develop best practices for the development, and deployment of applications, and work with members to foster growth within the team.
• Participate in medium complex and cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Build high-quality code by conducting unit testing and enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Required Skills

• Experience in developing Enterprise applications using React JS, Next JS, TypeScript, HTML, Modular CSS, JavaScript, libraries, components and frameworks.
• Work with AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI, CodeRabbit AI) to accelerate development, testing, and refactoring workflows
• Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns.
• Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.
• Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPagetest, or custom tooling.
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure), CICD, DevOps, Kubernetes, Agile Methodology.
• Strong understanding of design techniques and software principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting as well as individually.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with external teams and stakeholders.
