Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations are required.
  • A strong knowledge of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and customer service standards, is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
