Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Team Leader with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Analyze and report on front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office operations and guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
  • Strong knowledge of front office software and systems.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyze front office data and make informed decisions.
