Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of front office activities, including guest interactions and transactional data.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
