Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in leading front office teams.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of front office operations and procedures is essential.
