Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office professional with 2-4 years of experience to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
